Mini biography: Born Franz Heinrich Louis on the 21st of July, 1858 in Tapiau, Kingdom of Prussia, German Confederation. His father Franz Heinrich Corinth was a tanner. Corinth married Charlotte Berend in 1903 and they had two children: Thomas and Wilhelmine Corinth. The artist died on the 17th of July, 1925 in Zandvoort, Netherlands at the age of 66.
